Refund & Return Policy

We want every Tailswatch tag to arrive working and keep working. If something is wrong, here is how we put it right.

Tags: 30-day returns

You can return a tag within 30 days of delivery.

• Faulty or damaged on arrival: if the QR code will not scan, or the tag or its hardware arrived damaged, we replace it free of charge or refund you in full.
• Changed your mind: tags that are unused and not yet activated can be returned for a refund of the tag price, less a 15% processing fee. The delivery charge is not refunded, and return postage is at your cost.
• Wear and tear: tags that are lost, chewed or damaged through use are not covered, but you can order a replacement at any time and link it to your existing profile.

Subscriptions

• Paid but not activated: if you transferred the payment but your plan was not activated, contact us with your transfer receipt and we will activate it or refund you in full.
• Wrong amount sent: if you transferred an amount that does not match any plan, we will refund the difference or help you top up to the right plan.
• After activation: subscriptions start protecting your pet the moment they are activated, so we do not refund unused time on a plan, except where required by law.

How to request a return or refund

1. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 318 7847051 or email hello@tailswatch.com.
2. Include your order or account email, and a photo of the tag if it is faulty.
3. We will reply with the next steps and, for returns, where to send the tag.

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and paid by bank transfer to the account you nominate (tag orders are paid in cash, so we cannot refund to a card).
