Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to cities across Pakistan through our courier partner. Choose your city at checkout; if it is not listed, message us and we will check whether we can reach you.

Delivery charge

Delivery is free anywhere we deliver, whatever the number of tags in your order. The amount you pay on delivery is the tag price shown at checkout.

Payment

All tag orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier when your order arrives. No card is needed. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can.

Dispatch and tracking

1. We confirm your order and book it with our courier.
2. Once booked, your order gets a tracking number, which you can see in your dashboard.
3. The courier contacts you on the phone number you gave at checkout to arrange delivery.

Delivery times depend on your city and the courier's schedule; most orders arrive within a few working days of being booked.

If a delivery fails

If the courier cannot reach you or the address is incomplete, they will try to contact you. Orders that cannot be delivered are returned to us, and we will get in touch to arrange another attempt.
